Former Ornua CEO Kevin Lane joins Wheatsheaf

Kevin Lane, former CEO of Ornua, the Irish dairy co-operative which includes the Kerrygold and Pilgrims Choice brands, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Wheatsheaf Group, part of the Grosvenor Estate, which operates, invests in and helps to develop businesses in the food and agriculture sectors. 

During his tenure at Ornua, Kevin led the business to more than doubling its revenues to €2.3bn, trebled profits, and helped grow Kerrygold to become a €1bn global brand.  He brings to Wheatsheaf strong international experience having worked for the Kerry Group for over 20 years, where he held a number of general management roles in Ireland, the UK, Mexico and the US. Kevin lectures at Brown University and sits on its international advisory board.
